The Challenge

The client needed to migrate their legacy platform to a modern stack without losing SEO rankings or customer trust. The main pain points were slow load times (>5s) and a complicated checkout process that led to high cart abandonment rates.

The Solution

We implemented a headless commerce architecture using Next.js for the storefront. By leveraging Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), we ensured product pages were always up-to-date while maintaining blazing-fast server-side speeds.
